AWANA
The mission of AWANA is to equip leaders to reach kids with the Gospel and engage them in lifelong discipleship.
Each week at AWANA, kids will spend time reciting memorized Scripture verses, hear a Bible lesson, and play games. Leaders spend time reinforcing principles and teachings from the Bible to help kids apply them in their own lives. Special times are dedicated to hearing about missions work and what God is doing through missionaries around the world.
Wednesday, August 27, 2025, is the start of AWANA at Salem. Awana will run from 6:30 pm until 7:45 pm on Wednesdays. AWANA is open to Puggles (2 years old BEFORE August 31) through Truth and Training (5th grade). Good News Club
We have partnered with Child Evangelism Fellowship to host a Good News Club at Dobson Elementary School on Tuesdays from 2:55 - 4:30 PM.
All students K-5th Grade and their parents are welcome!
